Here at Porter and Bond, we strive to give you the best and personal service every home seller and buyer deserves, we have been thinking about how we can bring estate agencies to the next level with new and innovative ideas and would love the opportunity to share these ideas with you.
So a little background on myself, I am Kevin Porter, company director for Porter and Bond, and have been in the estate agent industry for nearly 26 years.
I have worked for many larger companies in Wiltshire where I started out as a trainee negotiator in 1999 and within a year was managing branches, so I knew I had something and that this is where I wanted to be.
I moved to West Sussex in 2004 and moved into Rustington where I stayed for many years, later moving to Angmering and now Littlehampton.
I have worked in the very local area since 2004 but have worked slightly further afield in Horsham, Ashington, Southwater, Bognor and Worthing but my last 14 years have been in Rustington where I have worked for the same company helping build the success that we have had in the local area for many years.
Now I feel it is time to make the leap and build a local business helping people do one of the most stressful things to do in life and to help them with their onward journey taking the stress out of the process for them.
Within my last company, I have had an amazing career where I have won
numerous overall company awards but now feel it is time to build a business and legacy for my wife and our 5 boys integrating them into this family-run business through the years to come with my eldest joining us very soon to help.
Living in the area for this long and having built a good name for myself as an agent I would love to come and discuss anything I can do to help and make this time as stress-free as possible for you and give you all of the advice I have learned throughout the years and between us we can make the move as simple as possible for you and I will take the stress away from one of the largest financial commitments you will ever make.
